Comfort restored

After four years of unsuccessful treatment for stomach pain and a course of antibiotics, I began using probiotics to restore my microflora with Inulin as food for beneficial bacteria. I take one teaspoon twice daily in green tea or chicory milk, and it has helped eliminate rumbling and bloating, providing a sense of comfort. I also incorporated Doctovit, which aids the healing of the gastrointestinal tract and supports enzyme production. If you find my review helpful, a like would be appreciated!

Constipation relief
Fantastic for intestinal health! It’s a revelation! Since using inulin, I have completely forgotten about my bowel issues. My body functions impeccably now; abdominal pain, heaviness, flatulence, and constipation are all behind me. I recommend starting with a small dose. I mix the powder with water and take it first thing in the morning. It’s tasty, and my children enjoy it in their porridge too. I also pair it with a probiotic if I have an upset stomach. If you find my review helpful, please give it a thumbs up!

Pain alleviation
Inulin is incredible! After using it, my intestinal issues vanished completely, and I no longer experience abdominal pain, heaviness, or flatulence. It also doesn’t negatively impact serum glucose levels. I recommend it to everyone.

Effective alternative

I'm often constipated, but Lactobacillus reuteri worked well for me until the cost escalated. I read that Inulin is effective with bifidobacteria, so I started mixing it with bifidobacteria yogurt. I felt relief the next day, free from anxiety about stomach pain or diarrhoea.

Stool quality improved

I quickly noticed the effects of Inulin, although I experienced some abdominal pain initially. However, this soon passed, and I saw a significant improvement in the quality of my stools. I have previously used more expensive Inulin from Jerusalem artichoke, but this budget-friendly option is effective and convenient, making me consider continuing its use.

Constipation worsened

It didn't work for me. I have chronic IBS and previously experienced 1-3 bowel movements daily, but mostly diarrhoea. I took this with probiotics, mixing it with coffee each morning. Unfortunately, it caused constipation and made my stomach feel bloated and very painful, along with gas. After a month, the pain was too much, so I plan to stop.

Gas subsides

Gassy powder 😏. It has a pleasant "milky" smell and may initially cause gas and grumbling, but this subsides as your body adjusts. I began with 1/4 teaspoon and never regretted it. Now, I'm on 2 full teaspoons without issues, and my gastric discomfort and pains have vanished.

Relief from heaviness

Inulin is the most effective remedy for constipation I have ever used. After struggling for days, alongside Inulin, I finally felt lightness with no more heaviness in my stomach. Mixing 1-2 teaspoons into soups or drinks twice daily offers a gentle cleansing effect without stomach pain. I strongly recommend it!

No more pain
I took one teaspoon of inulin, and it caused severe stomach aches. Initially, I didn't attribute it to the supplement, although the instructions mentioned possible discomfort. However, after experiencing similar issues the next day, I decided to stop taking it. Post-withdrawal, the abdominal pain ceased.
